There's no questioning that the show is going to culminate with the group all meeting up that this supposed Terminus sanctuary. What Terminus is and who lives there is obviously the biggest question that the show has going for it right now other than who will make it and who won't. As discussed it's clear that two groups are already on their way to this place while the others are still trying to recover from the events of the prison. Terminus can be either one of two things: It will in fact be a new safe haven for the main cast filled with good and decent people or it will be another Woodbury with a maniacal leader suffering from their own messiah complex much like the Governor. It's possible that the marauders Rick encountered use this place as a home base or that this truly is the best sanctuary for the survivors to find. Wouldn't it be ironic if the biggest threat to the sanctuary was actually the battle-hardened group of Rick and company? Think about all of the events that they have experienced the past year and half and imagine them integrating into a group that hasn't witnessed half the things that they have.
