The Walking Dead Season 5: 8 Things That Will Happen

2. Alexandria Safe-Zone

The Alexandria Safe-Zone - the settlement the survivors hoped the prison and Terminus would have been. As the survivors travel from one place to another, the hope is that they can finally locate a residence to live and survive without fear of what lurks outside. From the beginnings of the Walking Dead, the survivors have struggled on and their arrival to this settlement will be a new chapter. Heath is an inhabitant from Alexandria Safe-Zone and his mission is to go out beyond the walls into to look for much-needed supplies. It's during one of these missions Heath first encounters Rick and his group on their journey to the capital. The Alexandria Safe-Zone can best be described as a number of small streets that have been cleared and fortified with a large concrete wall that stretches around the perimeter, safeguarding those on the inside from threats on the outside. Much like Rick and the council at the prison had a number of questions they asked newcomers to the group, the leaders of the Alexandria Safe-Zone have a similar type of protocol with outsiders. It's unlikely the Alexandria Safe-Zone will make an appearance on season five before the finale. The only wildcard or stipulation that it could appear sooner is if the show takes a right turn and has Terminus be the televised version of this place. With fans unsure how true to the comic the show runners stay, this outcome could be a possibility but remains unlikely leading to our last point...
