WandaVision: 8 Characters Who Could Still Make A Shocking Appearance

Episode five revealed that SWORD had recovered Vision's body and were studying it, potentially even breaking him down, experimenting, and weaponizing him. This apparently falls under their remit as the Sentient Weapon Observation Response Division, but who's to say this is the only first sentient AI bot they have brought in?

After the Battle of Sokovia in Age of Ultron, SWORD would have had hundreds of Ultron bots to recover, and if they could get their hands on Vision, surely they would have the means to acquire Ultron's main, true form. The form from which Wanda ripped his 'heart'.

Director Hayward told Monica that SWORD have moved away from manned missions in space, instead focusing on robotics, nanotech, and AI, meaning they would have a lot to learn from Ultron. But why stop there? Who knows what they would have done with Vision's body had Wanda not interrupted them, but they have potentially already done it to another robot first.

This could mean that Ultron, or at least a SWORD altered and refocused version of Ultron, is waiting in the wings to be deployed to bring Wanda down should the circumstances call for it. She threw Monica out of Westview for just mentioning the name of her brother's killer, so imagine what she would be reduced to if she actually saw him. Would this be the final straw in Wanda losing her grip on her sanity?
