You Season 2: Everything We Know So Far

Of course, after Joe's psychopathic shenanigans were all neatly boxed up and put away, Netflix couldn't resist throwing in a cliffhanger to make a big mess of it all. Joe's ex-girlfriend Candace reappears in the bookshop, proving to everyone that she is very much Not Dead, despite the show clearly leading us to believe the opposite.

Since the last we really saw of Candace was in flashback when cheated on Joe with her producer, who swiftly 'fell' off a balcony to his death - it's entirely a surprise that she's turned up from running away to Italy. Even more so that it doesn't follow the original book's source material at all, where Joe drowns her on Brighton beach.

Whilst You does have a sequel novel in its series titled 'Hidden Bodies', Candace is definitely not a part of it, so season 2 could really go anywhere at this point.
