Young Justice: Outsiders - 10 Reasons To Be Excited

Probably the most recognizable face on the team's roster, Dick Grayson has been a fan favorite since the early 1940s. Whether as Robin or Nightwing, Dick has been a consistently endearing character, exhibiting only the best traits of his mentor and showing us what a Batman absolved of his tragedy looks like.

Still, as mentioned earlier, Young Justice emphasizes lesser known, or at least lesser seen, characters, so Dick was often the odd man out. Most storylines during the first two seasons focused on the other five original members (Kid Flash, Artemis, Superboy, Aqualad and Miss Martian). This was far from a negative, but we could always use more Grayson.

Well, the early trailer, the involvement of The Outsiders (more on them later) and teasers seem to suggest we will have much more focus on the Boy Wonder this season. It appears Nightwing had a rift with the team during the time jump, but will be forced to rejoin his former teammates in effort to stop Meta-human trafficking.

Young Justice is surprisingly character driven and we can't wait to see where the story takes Dick Grayson.
