Young Justice: Outsiders - 6 Major Questions After The First Three Episodes

You'd be hard pressed to find a Young Justice fan who wasn't at least a little skeptical of Wally West's fate, and that certainly won't have changed following the Season 3 premiere.

The original Kid Flash presumably perished in the previous season's finale when he, The Flash and Impulse all sped around The Reach's endgame device in a desperate bid to save the world from destruction. Though they were successful in their efforts, Wally literally faded from existence right before his fellow speedsters' eyes. However, given speedsters' history with disappearing into the Speed Force, the ambiguity of his death left us all thinking that he may not be dead after all.

Though he has yet to return in 'Outsiders', the premiere did make quite a few references to the beloved character - with Beast Boy referring to his funeral, Bart Allen now sporting a new Kid Flash suit and, most importantly, Artemis staring lovingly at a picture of her and him on her bedside cabinet. So, it's safe to say that the character is still very much a huge presence on the show. Could this be setting the stage for an eventual return?

Wally was a huge part of Young Justice's success and his apparent death was one of the biggest cliffhangers we were left with before the show's cancellation. Now that the writers have finally been given the opportunity to further this story, it's time we got some answers.
