10 Greatest UFC Signature Moves
5. Daniel Cormier's Power Slams
By now, it's pretty well documented just how talented a wrestler Daniel Cormier actually is. Even without taking into account his Olympian status as a 2004 member of Team USA, the man has consistently used his wrestling ability to batter his UFC victims to a pulp.
DC is by no means a one trick pony, winning fights via submission, knockout and having the stamina to go the distance.
With that being said, the former two-weight champion has adopted a very specific approach when it comes to putting his stamp on a bout - slamming his opponent on whatever part of their body hits the mat first.
What makes DC's ability to slam his rivals so impressive is his adaptability. Obviously drawing from his amateur background, Cormier has demonstrated a willingness to pop out a suplex, belly-to-belly or takedown from nearly any area of the octagon.
He's been known to use the cage as a springboard for his signature, or simply taking the straight-forward approach of latching onto the poor guys hips and dumping him on his head.
Cormier's history is there for all of his victims to see but that still doesn't guarantee safe passage when facing off against a man who can literally flip a fight upside down in an instant.
