10 UFC Fights To Watch In July

4. James Vick Vs. Dan Hooker - UFC On ESPN 4

Get ready for a tantalizing match-up between two of the more talented 155lbers competing outside of the top 10. Both fighters are coming off bad losses in their last fights, so they'll be hoping to bounce back in impressive fashion.

After a brief stint at featherweight, Dan Hooker returned to the lightweight division and has looked incredible. The talented Kiwi was on a four-fight win streak, until he was brutally battered by Edson Barboza last December.

That's nothing to scoff at as Barboza is one of the most devastating strikers in the division. Hooker has shown during previous outings, especially against the likes of Ross Pearson and Gilbert Burns, that he's extremely crafty with his own stand-up skills.

However, he has a tall task (pun intended) in facing the gigantic James Vick. Standing at six-foot-three, Vick is huge for the lightweight division. Despite a clear advantage in his height, he's still got some kinks to work out when it comes to using his range well.

While he prefers to strike, Vick does have a sneaky submission game and he might look to utilise that against someone like Hooker, who prefers to strike with his opponents.
