UFC Fight Night: Cerrone Vs. Gaethje Predictions

Despite being nearly 40-years old, light heavyweight gatekeeper, Glover Teixeira, is still pushing forward and beating people up in the Octagon. His last two outings have seen him outsmart younger, less experienced opponents and use his strong grappling base to finish them on the ground.

Teixeira has always done well with opponents who are willing to engage him, so he should have some fun competing against fellow fight finisher, Nikita Krylov. The 27-year old has zero interest in defence and is on all out attack for the full 15 minutes - or at least until his gas tank runs out.

Much like his Brazilian opponent, Krylov is pretty much dangerous everywhere. However, the difference between them is that Krylov is also majorly flawed due to his lack of defensive awareness. He's gotten better at defending since he returned to the UFC in 2018, especially when it comes to the ground. However, it probably won't be enough to stop a crafty individual like Teixeira from getting the win.
