Behold a bit of light at the end of the tunnel.

Let's end with a sliver of positivity, because it's sorely needed after all that (justifiable) negativity. The opening six-man wasn't essential by any means, but it did put a smile on this guy's face to see Wheeler Yuta score the win for his Blackpool Combat Club mates.

Wheeler's importance has been gently downgraded recently, so this was a welcome boost for him. The way he celebrated with Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli post-victory also came across as natural and like they were proud of him.

No, it's not much, but this was legit the only positive takeaway from Friday's first hour pre-Battle Of The Belts. Seeing Mox and Claudio fend off their rivals as Yuta locked in a submission also spoke to the calculated approach of the BCC.
