WWE gobbled up between 20-25 talent contracts upon seizing control of WCW's assets in March 2001. Amongst those names were young lions like Mark Jindrak and Sean O'Haire, as well as more seasoned performers such as Hugh Morrus. None of those guys made massive waves after making the jump.

Others, however, did.

Stacy Keibler, Torrie Wilson and Chavo Guerrero all went on to play pivotal roles in WWE post-Invasion, and the same could be said for Booker T; although he would've been hired independently at some point anyway, Booker was part of the squad coming over. Nobody needs reminding that he went on to become a six-time World Champ, ruining his catchphrase somewhat.

He's still there today, in a non-wrestling capacity, and so are other signings who flew under the radar. Charles Robinson, for example, remains an important referee on WWE TV, and Jamie Noble works as a backstage producer. Booker is the biggest star of the lot, but he was still technically an add-on from the WCW purchase.
