For a significant time period, female wrestler action figures lagged behind male models in the same/similar lines. They often used a one body size fits all approach to recreating the then-Divas. Adrenaline Vickie perhaps highlights this the most. Rather than create an accurate body mould, designers decided to stuff the beginnings of a fat suit underneath the figure's blouse. Added to this is a dire facial recreation.

Though the figure is close enough to Guerrero to stand alongside one of her many TV boyfriends, it has a greater use in recreating a moment of classic cringe - the impersonator showdown between "Rosie O'Donnell" and "Donald Trump" on 8 January 2007 episode of Raw. It was a poor attempt at capitalising on the two celebrities' real life feud, but did nothing for any party implicated - and it was the fans bore the brunt of the suffering.

The cringe on reflection is intensified with "O'Donnell" introduced by Vince as "the double-chinned diva from The View in all her lesbonic glory", played down the ramp to a tuba, and leaving the ring to eat cake during the match.
