The Elite are back in AEW and the company is better for it, which will likely lead to them winning back the Trios Titles from Death Triangle. The Best of Seven series with PAC and the Lucha Brothers has already proven to be a masterstroke, with their two matches so far being tremendous in different ways.
The Trios Championships should not be the only goal for The Elite in 2023, as Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks have not looked as well-rested and invigorated to have a great run in a long time. Omega should be in singles action again whenever he has the chance to go on his own, whilst the Bucks are the backbone of AEW's tag division, which they can return to at any time.
Whether they are competing as faces or heels, Matt and Nick Jackson are certainly worthy of a third AEW Tag Team Championship run and could carry the division's very young core to the next level. A feud against The Acclaimed would be tremendous, whilst the potential for another go with their legacy rivals FTR would make for a great title program.
