10 AEW Vs. Impact Matches That COULD Happen

2. The Young Bucks Vs. The Good Brothers

Of all the matches prognosticated here, none feel as certain as The Young Bucks vs. The Good Brothers. Forget the fact that the two teams are tag champions of their respective promotions, a happy coincidence in a story that has been rumbling on for years. The Bucks and the Brothers are no strangers to each other, with a long history of Bullet Club success and shenanigans doing all the storyline heavy lifting here.

Rumour has it that Gallows and Anderson were AEW-bound before the first episode of Dynamite, with a high-profile spot as the tag division's top heel tandem waiting for the two. The lure of the almighty dollar proved too much and the former O.C. resigned with WWE, only to quickly realise the mistake they had made. What should have been a top feud with The Young Bucks became two-minute squash match losses to Drew McIntyre.

The partnership between AEW and Impact represents a second chance for Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson. The two have plenty to prove; NJPW's tag team division doesn't miss them at all and their WWE run was a bust at best. A feud with the Bucks gives them a chance to show the world just how good they really are.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
