10 AEW Wrestlers As You've NEVER Seen Them Before

Last year, the former Dean Ambrose quite rightly upped sticks and left WWE despite the lavish offers they laid at his table, because of his complete dissatisfaction with the dreadful creative he was consistently handed. He sought pastures where he'd be able to excel under his own steam, reborn as the hectic and critically not-naff Jon Moxley. It's fair to say in both NJPW and AEW, Mox has been an unqualified success.

Would the (sigh) Lunatic Fringe be toting AEW's top strap today had he revived his original incarnation of Jon Moxley, though? The one we saw, ever so briefly, exchanging holds in a WWE tryout match with Val Venis way back in 2007 (yes: the company's resident pornstar was still there as late as that)? Based on that gear and that hairdo, we'd wager no.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
