So far, since his 2012 return, this has been the most complete angle Lesnar has been involved with. The strange loss to Cena and then the protracted feud with Triple H meant that Lesnar was missing from an interesting battle for quite some time. Although hed avenged his WrestleMania loss to HHH, this was the start of building Brock up to being the streak-beating Beast he is now. The best thing to happen to Brock during his current run is definitely aligning himself with Paul Heyman again. Nearly every angle on this list has seen Heyman by his clients side (or against him). The battle with Punk came down to a revenge story as Heyman cost his friend the chance of the Money in the Bank contract. From there, Lesnar was the hired gun who would take down and destroy Punk. The storyline was great as Punk delivered brilliant promo after brilliant promo, vowing revenge against Heyman and everyone associated with him. Heyman countered time and again until, finally, Punk and Lesnar stared down at each other at SummerSlam. The match itself was great too, a vindication for Brock after the three so-so battles with HHH. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaZzbwmF0fk From here, and destroying Punk, Brock would go on to decimate Big Show and Mark Henry before defeating the streak and now staring down at John Cena for the WWE title at SummerSlam. The Beast was back.
