Had Trey Miguel actually moved on to pastures new following this bout, it would have served as a grandiose farewell for the Rascalz post-IMPACT Wrestling. Teaming with Rich Swann, 'The Fresh Prince of Mid-Air's' supposed final contests vs. Dez and Wentz was hyped as such, rather than the future MSK simply disappearing from the company.

The early sequence from Miguel and Wentz set the tone for this typically great IMPACT empty arena era headliner, with Trey showing early signs of the persona he's had since his January 2021 return. The quartet's dance routine pre-match aside, no Rascalz member was perceived as a comedic act here, but rather a damn great wrestler that belonged in the main event spot.

Dez and Wentz, the core Rascalz duo, worked sublimely here, with Dez, at one point, using a cornered Wentz as a springboard to launch Trey off the turnbuckles via release German suplex. Coupled with their flurry of kicks in the closing stages on Rich, the soon-to-be Wes Lee and Nash Carter left IMPACT looking like potential megastars as they embarked on their NXT journey.

By slotting Rich Swann, the then-current World Champion, into the group's final IMPACT outing added a layer of importance to the contest. The Rascalz, despite never tasting championship glory of their own within IMPACT, deserved such a sendoff.
