10 Best Movies Starring WWE Hall Of Famers
8. Robots (2005)
Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011, Drew Carey is known not for wrestling but stand-up comedy, as well as starring in his own comedy sitcom, The Drew Carey Show, and featuring as host of the improv show Whose Line Is It Anyway? Not one to just sit on the side-lines, Carey famously appeared in 2001's Royal Rumble, entering the ring to (somewhat unintentionally) compete against Kane.
Although Robots is known best for the vocal performances of its dual leads, Ewan McGregor and Robin Williams, it is easy to forget about the raft of other talents putting their pipes to work on the oft-underrated and frequently overlooked animation. But, you guessed it, Drew Carey is right slap bang in the middle of it all.
More than just a cameo part, Carey has a supporting role as the appropriately entitled Crank Casey, an orange vacuum cleaner robot who befriends main character Rodney Copperbottom (McGregor). He adds some additional comedy chops to an already hilarious film that, while it could never crawl out from the shadow of 20th Century Fox's major animation franchise Ice Age, still deserves to be seen.
