'The Phenomenal One's' WWE run has been a complete success from the moment he walked through the door.

His surprise debut in the 2016 Royal Rumble provoked an incredible response. From there, Styles got his feet wet in a midcard storyline with Chris Jericho, but it wasn't long before he'd graduated to WWE Title contendership. His matches with Roman Reigns were fantastic. AJ lost, but eventually went to SmackDown, where he became the blue brand's ace, and defeated Dean Ambrose to claim the WWE Championship just eight months into his run.

One of the best wrestlers on the planet, Styles has completely dispelled the notion that he'd somehow struggle on wrestling's biggest stage. The fan's took to him immediately, and his matches with the likes of Reigns, John Cena, and Finn Bálor prove he's WWE's most reliable big match performer.

Positioned as a top star for the bulk of his run with Vince McMahon's company, AJ is one of only two people to hold both the WWE and IWGP Heavyweight Titles (the other? Brock Lesnar), and must now be considered one of the era's most decorated performers.
