Once the opponent was distracted, hurt or stunned, Mankind would reach into his ring gear and produce a presumably awful-smelling sock from somewhere suspiciously near his crotch. Affectionately named "Mr Socko", he would put it over his hand and deliver a Mandible Claw to his opponent which involved placing the sock very firmly into their mouth.

The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment had finishing manoeuvres to match. The Rock Bottom was usually delivered to an opponent, driving them into the mat before he stood over them, ripped off an elbow pad and ran the ropes twice, dropping what was called "The People's Elbow" on his prone opponent.

Any one of these moves on their own was liable to make an audience explode and while they were working together, they would tend to use them one after the other to a great reaction. An isolated opponent would stumble straight into Mr Socko, eat a Rock Bottom and then get finished off with the People's Elbow.

And the people did indeed love it.
