Currently in his 29th year in the wrestling business, Goldust must be some sort of genetic freak - as he’s arguably one of few very guys to have actually gotten better after turning 40.

Having returned to WWE in the 2013 Royal Rumble match—and to a pretty huge pop from the Arizona crowd—Goldust’s gone on to produce some of the very best ring work of his entire career. The biggest highlight came in October 2013 at the Battleground PPV, when Goldust teamed with his half-brother, Cody, to defeat the Shield for the WWE tag titles in one of the feel-good stories of the whole year.

Even then he was 44 years old, which placed him second only to Kane as the oldest winner of the WWE tag belts in the championship’s then-11-year history.

Though his recent promos suggest he's calling time on his evergreen career, you still get the feeling he could have one last run with that Intercontinental title if the company were to give him the chance.
