10 Best Wrestling Matches Of The Week (July 4)

6. Samoa Joe & Finn Balor vs. Kevin Owens & Rhyno (NXT)

NXT featured a pretty stacked main event this week as the teams of Joe & Balor took on Owens & Rhyno. This is pretty much the upper card of WWE's Wednesday night brand.

Even with Owens vs. Balor being the main feud on display here, Kevin still found a way to take a shot at John Cena when he went through his patented repertoire of moves. Seeing Owens do the "You Can't See Me" hand gesture and the Five Knuckle Shuffle is a fun way to remind everyone that he still doesn't like the United States Champion.

Finn scored the winning pinfall after nailing his Coup de Grace onto Owens. The natural reaction is to think that Balor's not going to win in Tokyo after such a strong finish just days before their NXT title match but that has to be an ending designed to throw the smart fan off.

Beast in the East will have already happened by the time this article is published so if Balor isn't NXT Champion then feel free to comment about the wrong prediction.
