10 Best WWE Extreme Rules Matches Ever

10. John Cena vs Batista (2010)

John Cena and Batista have feuded over a world title on countless occasions. Their rivalries may have been a little tedious at times, but this match was as powerful and emphatic as you could expect from two of the faces of the mid-to-late 2000's (and beyond). How often do you see Batista pull out a figure four leg lock? Well he did it here. In a Last Man Standing match. Strategy. He took an ugly looking Attitude Adjustment onto a steel chair half way through as the counts started to grow longer, but reversed the momentum with a powerful whip on Cena through the barricade outside the ring. You know, the one we've seen countless times before? Cena though dumped Batista through the announce table with an AA in the first false finish, but he'd eventually get the job done in his classic unorthodox style. Lets call it 'tape-gate'. Pulling Batista crutch first into the ring post, Cena went on to find some duct tape from a tool box stashed under the ring, tying up the Animal's legs to ensure he couldn't answer a count of ten. Decent idea, but poor execution. Cena managed to rip the tape four or five times while applying it. As if a dude as strong as Batista couldn't rip his way out?
