It's incredible how Booker T used his King of the Ring win to completely reinvent himself.
Just in case you need a quick reminder, this man lost to The Boogeyman at WrestleMania 22... yes, you read that correctly. Two months after winning the tournament, he was World Heavyweight Champion.
Already five years after his feud with The Rock and three years after his infamous feud with Triple H, few people believed Booker would ever be World Champion in WWE.
The fact that he managed it shows you how dedicated and how good Booker T was, and just how important the King gimmick was to his career.
