10 Best WWE Matches Under 5 Minutes
8. John Cena Vs Edge (2006)
These days, the Money in the Bank ambush has become something of a WWE cliche (although somehow one that Baron Corbin still managed to find a way to mess up).
But in 2006, it was a novelty. Edge, who won the first ladder match at WrestleMania 21, had been carrying round the briefcase for more than eight months, waiting for the opportune time to cash in his title shot.
That time would eventually come at New Year's Revolution, when the Rated-R Superstar, egged on by Vince McMahon, interrupted John Cena's post-match celebrations to announce that his time was up, his time was now.
The ensuing match lasted a little under more than a minute and a half, and took two Spears - not one - to down The Champ. Not a great clinic, but undeniably one for the history books.
