Okay, so Mike Adamle€™s not exactly €œtimeless,€ but the hero Michaels and the villain Jericho are at their finest as their respective archetypes, and even though they€™ve put each other through Hell in previous months, there was still so much more they were willing to give to each other in order to finally prove who was more deserving of being the champion. Making it a ladder match was an excellent move due to both wrestlers having had respectful achievements in ladder matches over the years. The video was quick to point out the ways that both Michaels and Jericho have utilized the ladder match as one of their many specialty matches. The physical scars, the mental scars, and the pain and stress on both men€™s faces are emphasized and strike an exclamation point on the lengthy and well written chapter of WWE that was their 2008 feud.
