10 Best WWE Raw Matches Of 2015

9. John Cena vs. Sami Zayn (May 4)

2015 was very much a year during which John Cena tried to elevate the WWE United States Title. Not only that, but Cena also agreed to work with several emerging talents from the NXT brand. To his credit, the results were often spectacular. Cena worked very well with a variety of opponents, including Neville and Sami Zayn. This would be the match during which Zayn suffered injury, but it's unlikely to be one he regrets. Who would have ever thought that they'd see the man once known as El Generico competing on Monday Night Raw against John Cena? The WWE veteran, Cena offered a fair amount of offensive time to the relative newcomer, which is something he likely didn't need to do. When the bout was over, Cena was the one with his hand raised. That wasn't the overwhelming feeling to come out of the match, Sami Zayn was allowed to shine too. The insinuation was that Cena was impressed by the challenge his opponent had given him. On the other side of the barriers, fans were impressed by one hell of a match.
