Those who don't keep an eye on 205 Live will raise an eyebrow at this one, but Lio Rush has enjoyed a solid year on the Cruiserweight brand.

WWE have done a decent job of protecting 'The 24-Year-Old Piece Of Gold' on Wednesday nights. Long-time Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander was the only wrestler to pin him in clean singles competition, and while he isn't exactly going toe-to-toe with the brand's biggest and brightest on a weekly basis (his last three victories were against Akira Tozawa, Noam Dar, and jobber Josh Morrell), he is enjoying a profitable midcard heel run.

Lio remains more famous for his managerial work than anything he does between the ropes, and his alliance with Bobby Lashley has presented him with a platform he may never have reached otherwise. He is both a crash test dummy and a pest, and his one Raw match thus far ended in victory (vs. Elias, 10 December), though it'd be a surprise if he was ever anything more than a part-time wrestler on Mondays.

Regardless, a solid little year for one of WWE's most annoying on-air personalities.
