10 Big Regrets WWE Probably Have About 2014

7. Mishandling Damien Sandow

Damien Sandow's role as a great heel in WWE has all but disappeared. The man known for his extreme arrogance and his cultural superiority has now become nothing more than a clown whose only gimmick is that of the lost Superstar that has no direction at all. Every week, Sandow is someone or something else. He has completely abandoned the character that put him on the map and he now seems to be just begging for attention every time he's on camera. WWE had a very entertaining Superstar on its hands and even though Sandow is doing what he can to regain that, the truth is that he never had to lose it to begin with. The reason that WWE may indeed regret deconstructing Sandow is that he was a future main event star in the making. He was over with the crowd that readily accepted him and he was consistently a highlight on the card. Sandow had done everything asked of him and he seemed ready to move ahead in the company. However, all of that has evidently changed. Damien is still on TV and that's a good thing but the crowds that believed in him are now very likely split on him. They also probably have no idea what to make of his recent behavior. WWE had a potential top heel and now that has slipped away. For a company in desperate need of main event stars, the mishandling of Sandow is one of the most curious cases that could possibly exist.
