2017 was a big year for Raw's ambulance-crash-surviving, scaffold-destroying, truck-flipping, jobber-throwing bad-ass.

Braun Strowman has forged the kind of authentic bond with WWE's core audience that Vince McMahon must wish Roman Reigns could. The people adore watching Strowman mow down everyone in his way, speak directly during promos and back up many of his promises. He'd be a noticeable absentee from the 'Mania card.

Leaving Braun off WrestleMania 34 seems impossible right now. WWE will find something for him to do, even if it's a stopgap Intercontinental Title challenge or another midcard match. The former makes most sense, though it would be a mistake to take the belt from Miz solely to appease Braun's popularity.

The question is: will Strowman have a memorable 'Mania, or is he destined to be in that pre-show Battle Royal again?
