10 Biggest Promises WWE Broke In 2019

What Was Promised: Plotting mouthpiece and all-round heel supremo Paul Heyman promised that Brock Lesnar would cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase on Seth Rollins six days before the company jetted off to Saudi Arabia for Super Show-Down. He spent an entire week talking about it, and claimed 'The Beast' was making history.

How They Broke It: Brocky boy didn't cash in at all, and instead beat seven shades of sh*t out of Seth on the go-home edition of Raw before strutting off with that MITB briefcase still on his shoulder. The insinuation was that Lesnar and Heyman were playing mind games with Rollins and the audience, but it annoyed social media.

Most fans felt like suckers.

It's one thing for heels to be total d*cks and pull a fast one on fans. It's another entirely for babyface announcers to make grand promises they know aren't going to come true, and for WWE's website to definitely state a cash in was happening.
