10 Highest Grossing Movies Starring WWE Stars

5. Magic Mike (2012) - $112,721,571

Featuring: Kevin Nash

If any wrestler had the physique and look to be able to be a movie star, it€™s Kevin Nash. The near 7 ft giant is intimidating and tall, but also an attractive guy that could play more than just your average monster.

Back in 1991, Nash got his first role in the blockbuster Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Secret of The Ooze where he portrayed Super Shredder. Then after big runs in the WWF as Diesel and in WCW with the new World order, Big Daddy Cool would have small roles in films like The Longest Yard and The Punisher until he hit the jackpot in 2011 when he signed on to play an aging stripper in Magic Mike.

On the surface, the idea of The Outsider playing an ageing stripper sounds like an idea you should run away from, FAST, but with a crew of established Hollywood stars, this role was perfect for Nash at this stage of his career. He couldn't dance, obviously, but that was sort of the charm. The movie was a big hit, did great at the box office and even had a 2015 sequel, Magic Mike XXL.

Fans love to make memes about Kevin Nash tearing his quads or complain about his politics in wrestling, but he took the exposure he got from the sport and parlayed it into a nice acting career where he gets to do a role every year or two, mingle with the stars and make a nice chunk of change.

The worst drawing WWF Champion of the 1990€™s is probably laughing all the way to the bank.
