8. The Kevin Owens Show
A week after Bayley's debut, Kevin Owens won a Fatal Four Way to claim the vacant WWE Universal Championship. After Finn Bálor's fledgling run on the main roster was cut short due to injury, WWE needed to alter their plans and Owen stepped in to position.
The whole match was helped by strong crowd reactions and when Triple H interfered to prevent Roman Reigns from winning, the crowd reached a precipice of excitement. What pushed it over the edge was a startling twist when Triple H Pedigreed Seth Rollins allowing Owens to make the cover and pick up the surprising victory.
Many fans thought the match was a two horse race with the former Shield members the more believable "company picks" so when Owens covered Rollins, despite Owens playing a heel, the crowd went bananas.
