9. A Dolph Ziggler Heel Turn
A Dolph Ziggler heel turn is rumoured to be coming soon, as originally reported by Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. One rumour is, that the turn will be going down at Hell In A Cell. He's scheduled only for the pre-show, in a six man with Neville and Cesaro against King Barrrett, Sheamus and Rusev. But that seemingly bad booking actually leaves Ziggler open to do anything on the main show. Maybe he's deliberately not booked on the main card because he's going to have a surprise run-in somewhere. Either that, or he comes out as John Cena's mystery challenger. The heel turn would be executed by Ziggler injuring Cena, or costing him the title against whoever he is facing in the open challenge.
