One of the latest NXT projects to land on the main roster, Apollo Crews has been lighting up shows with some impressive performances as of late. It's hardly uncommon for WWE to hand a debutant some victories, but there's something exciting about Crews. There's definite potential there.

For now, he just needs to keep flying high and picking up wins. Thus far, he's defeated the likes of Tyler Breeze, Adam Rose and Curtis Axel. Another feather in his cap would be a win over Heath Slater, who is perhaps a little more established than any of those men. Slater is the self-appointed leader of The Social Outcasts, and that's something the announcers could talk up.

He doesn't need to get much in the way of offensive dominance, Crews should blast through Slater with ease. Squash wins may be antiquated to some, but they still have their place. Now is not the time for Apollo to struggle through lengthy matches, there's plenty of time to make that happen.
