9. Karl Anderson Beats Sheamus

Last week, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows almost became the new Raw tag-team champions. Had Sheamus not struck the referee, the subsequent Magic Killer and pinfall would have stood and The Club would be holding the belts by now. Instead, Sheamus was disqualified by the original official for his actions.

It does feel a tad weird that the outright heel team have a legitimate gripe, as they didn't cheat last week to gain any advantage. WWE can turn this oddness into a winning story though by having Anderson and Gallows continue to look strong against opponents who are still suffering from teething problems as a team.

In singles action, Anderson beats Sheamus when Cesaro accidentally get in the Irishman's way. Once again, The Club could point to the fact that they didn't cheat, it was simply miscommunication between the reigning tag champs that caused their downfall.

This wouldn't be all for Gallows and Anderson, and post-match is the ideal time to properly sell the story and build towards another rematch for the belts.
