Earlier in the show, Sami Zayn would have already defeated Kevin Owens to become the challenger for Chris Jericho and the United States Title. Coming out for his scheduled match with Roman Reigns, Y2J says he doesn't do anything without good pal KO by his side.

If WWE wish, they can do some predictable comedy here, with Reigns making light of the remark. Just as Owens makes it clear he wants to beat up Roman some more alongside Jericho, Zayn's music hits. Walking down the ramp with a microphone, Sami says management should call an audible and turn this into a tag-team encounter. Hey, it's not as if suggesting an idea on his own accord is going to get him in trouble.

Appearing on the big screen, Mick Foley says that's a great idea and changes the main event. Ultimately, this is an excuse for Owens to get some revenge on Zayn for beating him previously.

As Reigns is distracted on the outside and fighting with Jericho, KO smashes Zayn with a Pop-Up Powerbomb. After this, he lets Y2J do the honours, rubbing salt into Sami's wounds by having his Fastlane opponent pin him.
