Sprinting out from the back and full of energy, Sami Zayn would level Seth Rollins with a clothesline to start the match. Rollins had been arguing with both Shane and Stephanie McMahon, who remain at ringside to provide guest commentary for the bout. In a refreshing twist, they'd take over the announce desk, being the only ones talking.

Meanwhile, Michael Cole, JBL and Byron Saxton sit there with incredulous looks on their faces, unable to comprehend what's going on. Management has become topsy turvy once more, giving them something to discuss later in the broadcast whilst also bringing up the impending WWE Draft situation.

Inside the ring, Zayn could hold his own, before inevitably being beaten by Rollins. Intriguingly, Seth's knee causes him bother throughout the bout, a fact he blames Shane for once the match is all over with.

Over the next couple of weeks, that gives the heel an out for matches, with Stephanie protecting him (due to a supposed re-injury) and Shane doubting it. Ideally, due to the knee issue, Rollins would cheat to win, perhaps even using the ropes to steal one from Zayn.
