The hugely popular Comedy Central hidden camera show teases out details about its four performers sparingly, with the focus on the wacky stunts rather than the Jokers themselves. Over its near-decade on the air, though, we’ve come to know a little more about Joe, Murr, Q, and Sal, with the latter two having outed themselves as huge wrestling fans.

The two featured on a 2018 episode of Chris Jericho’s podcast, and while the talk primarily concerned their media careers, they demonstrated their lifelong wrestling fandom, with Sal telling a hilarious story about inadvertently telling Ricky Steamboat his dad had died.

They’ve frequently featured wrestlers on the show when they’ve been able to do so, with Bubba Ray Dudley menacing Sal and Q taking a public beating from Tommy Dreamer as the climactic punishment to one episode. Sal can often be seen wearing AEW t shirts on screen.

Their support for the industry saw them win a spot on the WrestleMania 35 pre-show, as well as a backstage segment with the always-game Miz. These two likeable and down to earth lads make for ideal celebrity fans.
