Despite all their talk about positive female role models nowadays, most wrestling fans still remember a time when WWE viewed women as little more than eye candy to kill some time with. There was no talk of a 'female revolution' back in 2003 and the company still maintained an agreement with Playboy magazine and other advertisers to portray their women as sex objects. For that very reason, WWE elected to use around ten minutes of WrestleMania XIX to host a pillow fight between some of their divas and a couple of models. Kitana Baker and Tanya Ballinger had earlier featured in advertising for Miller Lite, and they were on hand at 'Mania for a little bit of cross-promotion. Stacy Keibler and Torrie Wilson got in on the act, creating the event's first ever 4-way pillow fight. Jonathan Coachman watched on eagerly, hosting the segment from the stage. After a few minutes of tame 'action', the whole ordeal was over. Embarrassingly, one of the models also failed to get Hulk Hogan's name correct whilst speaking with Coachman, and appeared to call him 'Hulk Holegun'. Making this whole thing worse is the fact that the Kane & Rob Van Dam versus Val Venis & Lance Storm World Tag Team Title match was shifted to the pre-show to make room for it.
