8. Big Cass Goes Too Far

Things came to a rather uncomfortable end for Big Cass in the closing stages of his time with World Wrestling Entertainment. After nursing himself back to health following a torn ACL injury, the former tag specialist was given some space to grow as a singles star opposite a recently returned Daniel Bryan. What could possibly go wrong?

Well, after not exactly setting the world on fire over the course of their burgeoning feud, Cass was thrown into a segment that would see him mock and batter a little person dressed up as D-Bry. Because LOL Bryan so small, right?

Though the terrible height puns and massive boot to the performer was all part of the plan, the eventual extended beatdown most definitely was not. Needless to say, Vince was not best pleased with Cass for throwing a few extra shots in off the cuff, with the star being explicitly told that doing so was a no-go beforehand.

Before long the future W. Morrissey was cut loose from the company, being let go due to behavioural issues in June 2018.
