When a match features such a star-studded lineup, you know you’re in for a treat. And when you then put that Hall of Fame sextet inside the brutal Elimination Chamber, this was always going to be a wild ride.

This match was of course the scene of Goldberg’s awesome Spear through the “bulletproof” (but not-quite-Chris-Jericho-proof) chamber pod glass, minutes before he’d then punch and kick his way through Triple H’s “bulletproof” (but-not-quite-Goldberg-proof) pod in order to get his hands on the champion.

The rest of the contest had yielded widespread bloodshed, with blade jobs (or at least I hope they were) for Triple H and Chris Jericho, before The Game would ultimately score the final pinfall in fittingly violent fashion, after battering Goldberg on the back of his head with his trusty sledgehammer.

Again, though, this one wasn’t over yet: after the match, and with the help of his Evolution cronies, Triple proceeded to handcuff Goldberg to the Chamber wall and destroy him with the same sledgehammer, prompting the spilling of even more of the red stuff.

This may not have been the greatest chamber match of all-time, but for the blood that was lost and the violent imagery of a defenseless Goldberg being pummelled with the Cerebral Assasin's favourite toy, it’s deserving of a spot on the list.
