10 Craziest On-Screen Arrests In WWE History
7. Brock Lesnar (2015)
There aren’t too many known ways of stopping Brock Lesnar,
other than simply handcuffing him of course. Which is exactly what happened on
the July. 20, 2015 episode of Monday Night Raw when a vengeful Lesnar was
arrested after instigating a chaotic arena-wide brawl with the Undertaker.
Just 24 hours previously, The Deadman had intervened in Lesnar’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout at Battleground, so when the two were once again in the same venue on Raw, it didn’t take long for tensions to reach boiling point.
Coming to the aid of his advocate, Paul Heyman, Lesnar stormed the ring and set in motion the brawl of all brawls which would begin between the ropes, spill to the outside and eventually continue in the backstage area. All the while Triple H was ordering the entire roster to try and split the two foes apart but, somewhat unsurprisingly, to no avail.
The actual arrest came after a good five minutes of absolute carnage, making for an awesome spectacle and the idyllic way to set in motion their subsequent meeting at SummerSlam. While some of our previous examples have been notable for the significance of those being reprimanded, this one makes its headlines for the sheer madness of the brawl that preceded it.
