10 Crazy Facts You Just Have To Accept Before You Can Enjoy Wrestling

10 “facts” that wrestling fans have to accept without question, in order to suspend their disbelief and truly enjoy wrestling.

Spoiler Alert: Wrestling is fake! We all know it, but we're not supposed to know it. People say wrestling being fake is hardly a secret, but I prefer to think of it as a secret that we the fans are in on. Just don't tell anyone! With wrestling being staged for TV, there are a lot of things that would make absolutely no sense if wrestling was real. Things that make sense from a story perspective, things that make sense if you understand why they need to happen. Things that any wrestling fan can brush off and claim "It's just part of the story." When skeptics ask questions about wrestling and try to point out the flaws or loopholes, the fans just laugh and say "It's supposed to happen that way." However since we are supposed to suspend our disbelief and forget that wrestling is fake, these question suddenly have no obvious answers. If we pretend wrestling is a legitimate sport (you know, like we're supposed to) then we would find several gaps in logic that would make us question its legitimacy. By poking holes and asking too many questions, we ruin our enjoyment. Sometimes it is better to just shut the hell up and stop asking so many damn questions. Sometimes it is better to just accept what we see and take it as fact, no questions asked. Therefore we must shut up and accept the fact that wrestling is downright insane! Here are ten €œfacts€ that wrestling fans have to accept without question, in order to suspend their disbelief and truly enjoy wrestling.
