10 Deadly Spots That SHOULD Have Destroyed Wrestlers (...But Didn't)
5. Nobody Catches A Falling Tiffany Stratton Amidst The Ladder Chaos (NXT Stand & Deliver)
The current NXT Women's Champion may be known for possessing the Prettiest Moonsault Ever, but there was absolutely nothing beautiful about the way Tiffany Stratton landed at this year's NXT Stand & Deliver PLE.
With the gymnast-turned-sports-entertainer finding herself in the middle of yet another chaotic WWE ladder spectacle on the night, it was Indi Hartwell who ultimately snatched victory away from the 24-year-old talent.
Said snatching involved nudging the ladder she was scaling towards the ropes to the point where Stratton had no choice but to turn herself into a human projectile designed to take out the rest of the field at ringside.
Sadly, if being pushed away from the NXT Women's title wasn't bad enough, Stratton also ended up joining the list of unlucky performers who have learned the hard way why being in the right position is vitally important in this sort of war.
Zoey Stark, Roxanne Perez, and Lyra Valkyria, despite all sitting in the drop zone, each failed to break Stratton's dreadful fall.
Smashing your spine into the ground from that high up is a recipe for serious trouble. However, this tough future champ was able to pick herself back up and batter Sol Ruca an incredible ten days removed from that sickening impact.
Badass.
