4. Montez Ford Remarkably Avoids A Broken Back After Dive Botch (WWE Raw 2020)

Similarly to Tiffany Stratton, the superhuman Montez Ford also turned into the victim of a failure to catch during those rather depressing early pandemic days.

Heading into the most surreal WrestleMania of all time, the Street Profits teamed with Kevin Owens as the trio took on Seth Rollins, Austin Theory, and Angel Garza in a pre-taped Monday Night Raw battle.

But disaster suddenly struck towards the end of the action as a botched sequence threatened to ruin Ford's chances of appearing at the crowd-less 'Show of Shows.'

Instead of tripping the Street Profit as originally planned, Rollins couldn't get to the high-flying ball of charisma in time. So, rather than trying to improvise a less dangerous alternative, Ford simply decided to go through with the over-the-top-rope senton, with Theory caught completely off-guard by the soaring adversary.

And what do you know: this awkward miscommunication ultimately left Ford splatting onto the ramp like an egg dropped off the Eiffel Tower.

In typical Ford fashion, the Profit laughed off the moment that could have likely left him on the sidelines for a significant spell, taking to Twitter and jokingly noting how he told his mother he broke his back when the horrific botch aired.

But this ill-advised piece of improv still couldn't keep 'Tez down for long, with the Profits taping a battle against the Viking Raiders a month later that kicked off a rather bizarre series of competitions between the units.

And Viking golf still somehow didn't even break into the top 10 oddest things to go down in this utterly bizarre year.
