10 Dumb Reasons Why Wrestlers Had To Apologise To Other Wrestlers

3. Goldust (Wouldn’t Drink)

The Undertaker's shoots have become a gold mine of backstage information and stories nobody could've known when 'The Deadman' was in his prime. He just didn't talk about this stuff, so it's cool that he's opened up over the past year or so. This tale surfaced on Ariel Helwani's MMA Show late-last year, and it's a doozy.

Dustin Rhodes had just re-signed with the WWF as Goldust in the mid-90s when he joined the likes of Ron Simmons and Bradshaw at the bar. Simmons himself was new to the company, but he and JBL were buying some drinks for everyone around them. That's when someone spotted that Rhodes was tossing the shots over his shoulder instead of drinking them.

Oops.

'Taker recalled Goldust being taken to task for that. He had to "pay the judge ('Taker) off, and he was banned from going out to any clubs or bars for a while until he had made his penance". The locker room weren't happy that Dustin was effectively throwing their hard-earned money away.
