3. Vince Russo
Vince Russo is considered by some to be the architect of the WWFs Attitude Era. His unconventional style that relied more upon promos and vignettes than in-ring action was unique at the time and was highly successful. His time in WCW was not quite as influential. During his time with WCW, Russo attached basically every object short of his grandmothers vibrator to a pole and decided to call it a match. In addition, he made the awful mistake of putting the title on jokes such as David Arquette, and well, Vince Russo. In a recent interview, Russo was asked why he chose to book himself as WCW Champion, to which he responded it was just another week of television. His answer encapsulates everything that was wrong with WCW at the time, where the company was more intent on gaining a cheap buzz and ratings increases than actually building interesting, credible storylines.
