Admittedly, Mr. Kennedy was already in the WWE bad books after his mega-push was scrapped in 2007. Kennedy had been named in a media steroid scandal, and that put a big ol' stain on company PR. Injuries certainly didn't help, but Ken's main event push was toast as soon as news broke anyway.

He was offered a second chance in 2009, but things went south yet again. Kennedy dropped Randy Orton high on his neck during a routine back suplex spot in a 10-man tag on the 25 May 2009 episode of Raw. Behind the curtain, Orton was furious and reportedly wanted his peer to get fired for the incident.

Four days later, the future-Mr. Anderson was a goner.

Yes, the media fallout from the pharmacy scandal hurt him first and foremost, but it was actually the run-in with Randy that cost Kennedy most. One move proved to be the proverbial nail in the coffin for his WWE career. Or, should that be the final nail given everything else that had happened?
