Like him or not, Cena's a pretty tough dude. His ability to deliver excellent performances in spite of agonizing injuries should be lauded. Sure, he's not the only one who guts it out in that fashion, but considering his SummerSlam 2013 injury, he clearly went above and beyond the call of duty.

A little less than a month before SummerSlam, Cena tore his left triceps, resulting in a nasty build-up of fluid that made it look like he was smuggling an orange in his elbow. That image alone is more unsettling than any blade job ever conducted during a match.

Cena was pulled from most matches leading up to SummerSlam, and went to have surgery after putting Bryan over in a promo on Raw the next night.
